Smooth Teas accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders are processed in the order they are received and are shipped Monday thru Friday within 24 hours of completed processing.
We provide fast shipping worldwide. We do not make address changes for ANY reason. Please be certain that your shipping address is correct when you check out.
During the holiday season and/or inclement weather conditions, the USPS may experience delays that are beyond our control.

Expedited and priority shipping options are available only within the U.S. for an additional fee.
The following are general transit time estimates:
- Expedited shipping (domestic): delivery in about 2-4 business days
- Priority shipping (domestic): delivery in about 3-5 business days

If you receive free shipping, your order will be shipped via standard shipping. Free standard shipping is only available on U.S. orders where the order subtotal is over $50 (after any applicable discounts) - shipping and taxes not included. No exceptions.Â
We are not responsible for delayed packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, or lost or stolen packages. The best way to find out what may be causing a delay in the delivery of your order after it has been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier directly. Please file a claim with your postal service and the police, if necessary for items suspected of being stolen.
We ship globally, however we do not ship to military bases.

Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases from us.
To maintain health standards and the integrity of our products we do not accept returns or exchange products for any reason because tea is a food product.
All sales are final.
If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. At that time, we will issue a store credit, excluding shipping costs. We do not offer refunds.

Damaged Packages
We are careful to package orders, but transit can cause damage to your items. We are not responsible for the handling of packages, but we want you to be happy and will work with you to replace your damaged items.
If your package is damaged, please send an email to support@smoothteas.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 5 calendar days of delivery.
